The company AMK Exports was formed in 2000 with a view to export to the world the best kind of scarves, shawls and stoles in all kinds of materials possible like pashmina, woolen, viscose, cotton, rayon etc.
We have our manufacturing units in Punjab and in Kashmir which produce approximately 2000-2500 stoles per day. We have a set of designers who play with the designs and with the gamut of colors to produce such fabulous stoles. Some of the jamawar stoles and scarves are the replicas of the stoles used by the Rajas and Maharajas of India. These stoles in those days were intricately weaved and embroidered by the weavers and used to cost approx. US $2000. 00 and above. But we have reproduced them with the help of sulzer machines imported from Europe which has enabled us mass production and thus reducing the price range starting from US $3. 50 per stole.
